Study Guide

Poo Power! with the 'Dog Poo - The Truth At Last' DVD is a rich and entertaining resource for use across the Science Learning Area of the Australian Curriculum:

  • Science Understanding - Earth and space sciences; Physical sciences
  • Science as a Human Endeavour - Nature and development of science; Use and influence of science
  • Earth & Environmental Science (Year 11, 12)

From the AusVELS currciculum mapping it can integrated from as early as Level 2 all the way through to Level 10. Its best fit is in Levels 6 and 7, where Science Inquiry Skills can additionally be demonstrated through the experiment suggested in the Study Guide on page 11.

We encourage our international teachers to check your local curriculum for suitability.
